Jesus came to do more than save you
If Jesus came only to save you from sin, you have the right idea — but not the whole idea. Romans 5:17 says those who receive the abundance of grace will reign in life through Jesus Christ. Not someday in heaven. Now. In this life, in this body, in the circumstances you are actually in. He didn't just come to rescue you. He came to put you in a position of dominance over the things that were trying to subject you.

2What does it look like to "live through him" on an ordinary Tuesday — not just at church?"He was sent here that we may live through him on this earth." — 1 John 4:9 is not a Sunday verse. Where does it need to be true in your week?

3Is there an area of your life where you have been surviving instead of reigning?"That's what Christ has come and given us the ability to do right now — is to reign." — Reign means dominate. What is dominating you instead?

You started in the same place Jesus did
Adam started sinless. Jesus was born sinless. And when you were born again, you were placed before God in the exact same condition — pure, holy, a new creation. The problem is not what God has done in you. The problem is that your mind has not caught up to it. You keep reaching back to the old things as though they still define you. But 2 Corinthians 5:17 says old things have passed away. Not fading. Passed. The ceiling you are bumping is not God's ceiling for you — it is the ceiling of your own unrenewed thinking.

1Do you actually believe your old things have passed away — or do you still treat them as active?"You were just as sinless as Jesus was when you were born again. You were at a perfect place." — What old thing are you still carrying that the Word says is gone?

2Why is it hard to believe what God says about you when your mind tells you something different?"Just because your mind hasn't caught up to what God actually performed in your life does not undo the truth of what Christ accomplished on the cross." — The truth is settled. Your feelings about it are not the final word.

3How do we help each other in this family walk in who God says we are instead of who we feel like on a hard day?"We all started at a place of being made holy and pure and perfect and brand new." — That is the starting line for every believer. How do you remind each other of that?

The abundance of grace is already in you — yield to it
The abundance of grace is not something you are waiting to receive. It was given the moment you were born again. You already have it. The Spirit of God that raised Christ from the dead lives inside you. That same Spirit brings conviction when you are going the wrong way and gives you the ability to say yes to God and no to the flesh. What you do with it is now on you. The grace is not missing. Stop overriding the Spirit and start yielding to what God has already placed inside you.

You've given yourself full permission — this is just who I am." — Numbness to conviction is not freedom. It is a warning sign.

A daughter of God that started in the same place that Jesus, the holy one, did." — That is not a goal. That is already your address.
